              FIVE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW             IF YOU WORK WITH ME AS YOUR REALTOR.                                                                                                                 1. You will be asked to be pre-qualified if you are using financing for your purchase.  Being pre-qualified will provide information as to how much home you can afford.  I have worked with clients in the past who, after much searching, found their dream home. Then later, they were heartbroken because they were unable to obtain the financing. Just as you would not go shopping without your wallet or purse, your first step to purchasing property should be the pre-qualification process. It is vital for a smooth and trouble-free home purchase.

2.  I will build a trusting relationship with you.  Purchasing real estate is a very important financial decision and should only be made with the advice of someone you can trust.  I care about my clients. Therefore I will ask questions about your lifestyle, desires, and future plans which will help me locate the right property for you.  I also desire for you to know about me and will gladly share information about my life as well.  Most of my clients over the years have become my friends and they know they can count on me as a friend and a trusted source for information about the real estate market in the area.  

3. I will take time and explain things to you.   Whether you are a first-time buyer or have experience, I want to make sure you understand everything about the buying process.  

4.  You can take the time to weigh the facts, and discuss the purchase amongst yourselves, with your friends, your family, or anybody else you choose. I respect one's right to make decisions in privacy and am not offended should you want to "take a moment" outside my presence.

5.  I will NEVER pressure a decision.  It's your home, your money and your life. Your satisfaction is of more value to me than my paycheck.
